    I like the product quite a bit. Come on, if you aren't dual booted you probably have some issues
    keeping up, especially if you are in a technical field. My poor rating is not because of the
    product - It is because it has some bugs on installation and their customer service is AWFUL. I
    upgraded last Friday to Parallels 11 (necessitated by upgrade of Mac OS) and all of my shared files
    can no longer be reached. For me, that is nearly every file available to the Windows machine
    because I have it structured to automatically backup my data via time machine. I'm probably
    getting too technical here but the point is - I can not access my files and can therefore not
    function in my professional role. There is no phone number to call for support, only support
    tickets where they determine in 24-48 if you are worthy of technical support. I am going on 4
    business days waiting for this to be resolved and I am pretty much dead in the water. I am losing
    far more money than the cost of this program. I would pay twice the price to not have ANY issues.
    Hell, I'd pay a premium to have my problem fixed right now. But no. You can't talk to anyone.
    Their customer service sucks!! It is like dealing with a teenager these days. They don't want to
    answer the phone and talk. They will send you an email, and work on your issues at their own pace.
    I'm livid.
