two days, really, to get the new one in. They really don't care if the screen is broken, the thing
won't turn on...any little problem. I added a 32gig MicroSD card to each of them, and they can
download about 200 games, and the kidmode has so many free shows that are amazing. I love that I
can set educational requirements before they're allowed to play games; I can set how much time
they're allowed to play, I can kick them off wifi pretty easily. Totally worth the money.
Warranty not so " worry free"

by Test T. TestI have tried to get a replacement for this device even with a worry free warranty it was impossible
to replace. It broke just after the 30 day warranty I could only see white lines on the screen I
was told to restart it I did it didn't work and now it won't even turn on. I have sent many
emails and have spent hours on the phone to only get transferred from one person to another no one
willing to just replace it. I will NEVER buy any devices on amazon again because my experience was
awful.
